So I’ve been using boat wave for 2 years and the issue is when I want to search for wallpapers it’s not even showing any options I’ve tried many ways like uninstalling the app and restarting my phone please fix this bug

The watch face market is no longer working and the options for watch faces is no longer available so basically you only have 3 watch faces that were provided by default and cannot customise it.

Mann i declare this app as the buggest app on app store... well for starters there is no watch face market in my app. This app has connectivity issues always shows network error even though i was sitting besides my brodband (5G) network still it shows network issues... and many more please fix this app ASAP...

Boat Xtend DC edition showing device version as V2. It’s not showing any update from Wave app for this device. Also brochure is showing it supports up to 50 faces, but in reality one can’t install more than 6 faces in it.
No proper documentation available to resolve the issue.

I noticed that the watch started counting the steps while I was in the jeep for safari. Instead of detecting if we are walking , it looks like it counts based on the speed. 

Due to this I am not able to trust other calculations too.

The watch is doing fine but the app does not synchronise my daily training records just for instance I was checking my week’s overall training record but the app did not include 2 days so how I’m I supposed to get it collect the correct information

In the menstrual days , it predicted correctly the upcoming periods days but what if the periods doesn’t happen on the same day? It is not having a feature to remove those days or change the dates. Also, kms walked is incorrect as it mentioned 2km whereas I have already walked around 5.5 km.

The app is too slow. It takes a lot of time to the load watch the faces. And while installing the watch face I always get an error. I had to literally try 7-8 times to install the watch face.
Happy with smart watch but unhappy with app.

I had this watch for past 4 years overall it is okay experience but i am really disappointed with boat.
I have switched to iphone last year and since then i cannot see any watch face market in the app i dont know what the actual hell is with the support team i have been giving feedback and reports but no response, why the hell have you provided the app if you don’t look after it the last update for the watch was 4 years ago what after that this was your premium watch right!! Who will give the support after selling it ??
No customer support nothing just selling your product and thats it.
You have to do something if you can’t give updates at least do the basic need 
Provide watch face market in the app in home screen it shows watch face market and when you click it, nothing ; it shows you only the pre installed watch faces and one option to add you own picture and thats it.

I wish I could give a negative review. It doesn’t update the data on its own. Atleast twice a week there’ll be a problem where I have uninstall and reinstall the app, connect my watch and sync the data. Worst is sometimes if the watch is detected it won’t connect. They seriously need to revamp their app. Such a third class app ever. Don’t buy boat products.

There are no watch faces loading. It just has the option to load the preinstalled 4 local watch faces that the watch has.

The watch is working perfectly fine for me. It withstands battery for at least a week if not connected to Bluetooth. 

But the catch is, this app! A worst buggy app I ever used which never tends to fix the bugs even for months now. I had issues with loading the watch faces, only downloaded watch faces were shown to me in the app. I’m facing this issue for the past 3 months and there’s no update from the app yet. 

 Very disappointed.

Before commenting I have a question? Developer of this application really don’t understand the value of user feedbacks,app maintenance and updates?

They’re collecting user feedbacks from this app but no response. Many times I sent feedback but no response. Last week I clearly I mentioned if I didn’t get reply then I will report this app in AppStore but for that also no response from developer

There’s simple reason behind the issues and neg reviews. They released last update 7 months before(Half of the year no improvement/bugs fixed)

They’re collecting all details but not supporting with health app. Very basic details synced with health app(HR,Sleep,Steps). No workout,exercise,blood oxygen,training data updated.

Asking to sync user data to cloud but as a user I really don’t know where my data stored in cloud and how can I monitor and manage?
