The only way I can make it work is the delete it and redownload it. This is not acceptable!!!! Please fix what ever it needs to work!!! Not a happy person!!! I am thinking about not using it any more. ### 1/5 — Advertising *2023-11-16* Nov 15, 2023 Hello I have an iPhone. I've done these puzzles for years suddenly there is advertising in the upper left corner which covers a 1/4 of the puzzle so I cannot complete the puzzle nor move onto the next one. I downloaded the app it still happens when I want to do more puzzles. I really am displeased about this. Terrible!!!! ### 2/5 — New puzzles don't load *2017-08-10* There seems to be a "new puzzle" button missing on the iPad app. In order to get a new puzzle, I have to close the app and wait several hours or more. WTH?! **Developer response:** Version 2.0 fixes this. There's a "New Puzzle" button when appropriate now, and the "More Free Crosswords" button doesn't go away now if the app is closed. One of those two buttons is always displayed now, as long as you've at least finished most of the current daily puzzle. ### 3/5 — I keep having to delete and reload app *2025-03-18* I truly love this crossword puzzle game but for the past 9 months it won’t advance to the next day. In order to play a new daily game I have to delete the app and reinstall. I probably do this 3-4 times a week. Yes I’m talking about when you go to fill in a word , when there is a space already filled ,skip that.
