Greedy. ### 1/5 — Poor maintenance *2024-02-05* The app is great for seeing ads. The problem I am encountering is so many of the boats are sold. The people I’m talking to say they’ve tried to remove it but can’t. One said she had emailed Boatsales several times. Also, the filters don’t work properly. I input my state and size of desired boat and often get results that are not applicable. Come Boatsales, you can do better. ### 1/5 — Like Fishing? There is a lot of rubbish in the system where people will put a 17 foot boat as 17 metres, so it shows their boat as being longer than a Sydney ferry and then you see a photo of a trailer boat. it is not checked (no qc) before the ad is uploaded. Also this boat share stuff should be in its own category. You want pay a premium to use a boat for an 1/8 of a year when the weather is wet and windy like the butchers cat do it somewhere else. ### 3/5 — Geographic location & Broker identification *2022-08-21* When wanting to find where the boat is located it is arduous to find who is broker & where boat is located. To state it is in NSW could mean 800 km away. As for QLD, it is even worse. Dump the mystery of hiding this info & just state who is broker & where they are. Yachthub & Boats on line are far superior in this and other functionality. Now with the selection criteria it says ‘see xx boats’ but then when you click on it, it says no available boats. For such a smart company to turn all apps blue when the colour coding worked perfectly and when your logos styles differentiated you from your competitors, seems to show a change for change sake mentality rather than truly innovative change.
