You need to turn it off to use the functions. Please fix. It is almost impossible to contact them by phone and no one can seem to help. I am in the west coast but the tide function shows eastern time. When I have left messages about this I have never received an acknowledgment that the message was received. Now the tide function says no data available and then exits the app. I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday trying to talk to someone about this but never could talk to the correct person. The last person I talked to couldn’t find a phone number for the person to talk to about this. And again I have not gotten a response of any kind. Over the weekend, trying to sign on it didn’t recognize me. I tried to change my password like 10 times and it never stuck finally again this morning. I changed my password and it accepted, but it still doesn’t find my course that I signed up to I should be resume course, but the option doesn’t show that I have signed on very frustrating navigating back-and-forth and trying to find that course has been very difficult as I feel on navigating online I’m exhausted this morning. All I wanted to do is sign on and start studying.
