It won’t let me restore my purchase (it’s not responding to being clicked) in the app & can’t find a customer service bit so thought I’d try here? I paid hundreds of dollars for Bob Proctor courses that included audio, video, and PDF content. Now, all of it has disappeared without warning. The app no longer provides access to what I paid for, and the support link doesn’t work—there’s no way to get help or even an explanation. I feel completely abandoned and robbed of my investment. Unfortunately this app was not tested by his team or they would have known of its flaws. 1) does not save where you left off. You have to start the season over every time. 2) you must keep the app open in order to listen to it. I workout and run and this is not an option for me. I wish I would have known these things before spending the time.
