I can’t even scroll through the uploaded photos without delay after delay; heaven forbid I accidentally click on one and get sidetracked into some other folder. Or the scroll inexplicably starts again at the top. Downloading a photo takes forever and they are terrible quality. There should be a way to block duplicate photos. Or tag people for search ability. I see no benefits to using this app instead of a shared Google file. I just happen to hate slow apps which is the only thing Bob Rogers has to offer ### 2/5 — Not great, very buggy *2025-03-22* Our school has used this app for 2 of my daughter’s school trips. This review can only speak of the parent side of the app, which allows viewing photos and pdfs added by others. While there are parts that are useful, such as the ability to view the itinerary, the app is very buggy and not the best quality. The photos that get uploaded cannot be tapped to view larger and are only maybe 1/4 of your phone screen at the largest. The quality of these photos are also degraded from the original, as I can see pics my daughter sent me directly and the ones she uploaded to the app and the quality is much poorer in the app. The app also has issues even staying open, which is frustrating. I’m trying to look at photos and it kicks me out of the app. I try to move from photos to itinerary or vice versa and I get kicked out. Reopening the app usually works, but it’s quite annoying as I have to re-find the place I was looking at. I checked to see if there was an update, but there was not. O be the Bob my Roger's! ### 1/5 — Do Not Recommend BRT *2025-06-01* BRT organized a trip of over 100 high school students from upstate NY to Universal Studios in FL. Motorcoach buses were to transport students, luggage and band equipment from the airport in NJ back to school in NY. The coaches never arrived, and students needed to squeeze into 2 school buses with bags/equipment on their lap and all remaining luggage filling the aisles. WILDLY UNACCEPTABLE. Additionally, As a family member at home this app serves no purpose other than a photo sharing repository, and even then it has limited relevance when 100s of people are traveling on the same trip and you don’t need to see their selfies. I thought apps in the App Store were required to let you pick and choose (limited access). There is only an appended PDF for the travel schedule and if notifications are sent out through the app, there’s no way to view them in the app. The sales pitch for the app gives you a false sense of security because you think it will work and help you out with travel. Nope! **Developer response:** We are so sorry you had a bad experience with the app! We were having issues during this period of time in March 2019, and that was fixed quickly.
