Very frustrating user experience , in 2025 these apps saying download the pdf form for registration.

I have been trying to use the app but it won’t give me access. After calling your uae customer care I was informed that I need to visit branch, take token,  fill a form for mobile app access….A non starter from the very beginning. You guys are still in the 18th century.

While I’m opening and providing app password it takes much time to enter to the dashboard (1 minutes). After click for account details it is not showing the details, only loading pop up is moving and stops without any results
