A couple days later they messaged me to say the issue was fixed. It now works perfectly and my daughter is thrilled. Thank you! My daughter was excited to play this game so we paid for the full version. Unfortunately you can’t save all the princesses because it just leads you to a blank screen in key moments of the game.
