I can live with the menu change (which did weaken the restaurant but the food is still very good). But the app is horrendous. I was a user of the old app, with no issues. The new app is a giant glitch. It bombs out and restarts your order. You have to hit buttons many times for them to register. I would say I went from eating 3-4x a week to 1-2x a week.
