Won’t load asking for a subscription

I open the app it says I don’t have a subscription and it the crashes before I can do anything else. Would give it zero stars if I could.

**Developer response:** There is no subscription, no matter how many times you post that it’s asking you for a subscription. It’s not. Please review the correct app.
