他們的保安措施不只是用來防止盜用，更是防止使用者本人使用。

Face ID登入又不是雙重認證，但預設是Face ID登入，但如果要雙重認證登入，又要登出再自己輸入密碼，再Face ID，簡單複雜化

真實使用感受，這個apps不可能有4星，即使網速快都載入極慢，有任何更改只能實地去門市，極度麻煩。如果可以選擇，請不要使用這個銀行，我猜大部分的使用者都不是用apps，所以性能極差也不更新，盡快離開。

The face verification step was rubbish. You were asked to do as asked such as open your mouth and turn your face left and right. But it just gave you a split second to it, and then it said it failed. Then it terminated your verification application and then you had to key in all the information and scan your ID again. Tried so many times still not successful. It just looked like it didn’t want you to get verified.
