I’m not a big fitness/gym person and most workout apps overwhelm me. What I like about Bodacious is that it tells me what to do instead of expecting me to figure everything out.

The workouts and nutrition guidance feel super personalized, and the app adjusts if you miss a day so you don’t feel like you’ve ruined the whole plan. It takes the thinking and planning out of it, which makes it much easier to stay consistent.

If you want to get healthier but don’t want to spend hours planning workouts, tracking every calorie, etc., this is a solid app.
