I am so happy to be a part of this yoga community. The space is great. There are a variety of yoga teachers and different yoga classes. The yogis are friendly and respectful. It is perfect!

The hiit classes are fabulous! And the 26 pose yoga keeps me in shaped and well stretched for 2 hour tennis sessions!!

Very rarely do you get teachers like this. The commitment and integrity of this studio is a cut above. I love the hot yoga- I love the other classes too. It’s a fabulous good vibe and wonderful community!
