Their app is non functioning for delivery: you order, they take your payment, then there is no update or ability to confirm order is on the way. There is also no phone number to call where a human will talk to you and the AI bot says to check a link it fails to text you.

This app should be delisted because it takes payment for products not fulfilled.

The app keeps on trying to make you tip by automatically selecting tip. Anytime you do anything with payment even for a carry out. Maybe bodega should play their employees a good wage that it doesn’t force you to tip.

Places an order and it atayed in the kitchen, never got delivered, was charged and there is no way to talk to anyone!!! Also the prices are higher on the app.

Why is it the only thing missing? It’s quicker and I want the cash back for my Apple Card lol. Other than that app always says I have credit that’s never redeemed when I order as well. Great place to eat as well!
