My call lasted only 4 minutes, which should have cost ₹140. However, ₹590 was deducted from my account without any clear explanation or transparent billing. I contacted support and requested a detailed billing breakup and a refund of the excess amount, but the issue remains unresolved. If you use this app, verify the charges carefully before making any payment. I’ve spend lot of time and money and as time passed by I realised all the predictions were wrong. These consultations gave just hope that moment but what’s the use of those don’t go as informed as time passed. Even after declining calls, still phone keeps ringing on regular intervals. And the worst thing is all calls are computerized calls. I have lost my patience now. If someone at a time registered and ph num was madantory does it give you right to harass anyone by calling again n again. I dont have words to express my anger and frustration because of this harassment. If someone is not buying any paid consultancy even after calling again and again then you should remove the number from your list. This is my humble request that i dont want even a single call from your side. Even i will never use your site again. So I added 20₹. I sent request for consultation, I got notification that chat has started. now i opened the app and it kept on sending notifications that app is running in the background, but when i opened i couldn’t get the chat also and money was deducting.
