Carlos is extremely passionate & kind. He takes the time to really understand what it is that is causing setbacks/discomfort. He wants all of his clients to succeed and you can tell through the consistent dedication to personalize each and every individuals journey.  His knowledge continues to grow & as it grows he makes sure his clients are the first to know any and all info that might be useful. He is motivational and always at your fingertips to respond to questions etc. I can’t say enough good things about Carlos!

I have been a yo-yo dieter for years. I would succeed in dropping lbs, but would to the delights of fried food and sugary sweets and thus those pounds would come back with a vengeance. I knew that I needed to confirm my weight loss, for my health, my future and for the life I wanted to experience. I had the desire, I just needed the motivation and guidance to make my wish a reality. Thankfully, I booked Carlos of Paradise Hotel fame. If one is determined, motivated and invested in their health goals, Carlos will help you maximize your potential. He is encouraging, knowledgeable, available and most importantly INSPIRING. I am now in a trajectory to reach my goals and I can genuinely say that my bearing success is directly correlated to Carlos’s active participation in my journey. Book him for health’s sake.
