If you love hot Pilates then you’ll love this studio. I’ve had Torri and Michaela as instructors and they were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The class is challenging but you can modify if needed. I love leaving there knowing I got an incredible workout in.

Body alive has become such a big part of my life. I usually don’t like the gym, because it tends to make my anxiety pretty bad. With this space I’m able to unlock confidence I never thought I had. I recommend body alive to anyone and everyone.
