This app is wonderful. There are a large number of guided yoga and pilates training sessions, stretches, meditations and breath work exercises of high quality. All of them are of different lengths so that you can choose what you need and have time for that day. There is also a library of all kinds of yummy and healthy food, easy to make. The graphics and look of everything is also very appealing, calming and beautiful. I use this app every day and it has made my mental and physical health, and therefore my life, so much better. I recommend this app to everyone, no matter the age group or previous experience.
