Debbie was my first instructor and I was soon leading that incredible class!!! I went on to start a class at Centreville Baptist Church and taught all through our four daughters being born!! Loved my early morning Saturday class (once I got there😉) & always loved attending other classes. We finally got a class in Winchester, VA (sadly not many ladies found our class 😔). Our instructor Nichole had another miracle and stayed home to care for her two babies. I heard about FitTV but I’m not tech savvy and didn’t take the time to get help to check it out. When I finally asked a daughter to help me…I couldn’t believe, nor can I now, the awesomeness of working out whenever I can!!
