## What is Body Charge?

Body Charge turns your Apple Watch data into one simple number: how much energy you have, from 0 to 100.

Like a battery, you recharge overnight with sleep and drain through the day with activity and stress. One glance tells you whether today is a day to push hard or take it easy.

HOW IT WORKS
Body Charge reads your sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), breathing, wrist temperature and activity from Apple Health, and learns YOUR personal normal over time. Everything is compared to your own baseline — not generic averages — so the number actually fits you.

WHAT YOU SEE
• A live energy level, shown as a real battery that fills and drains
• Your morning charge and how the day has spent it, hour by hour
• A forecast of where your energy is heading before bedtime
• What drained you most today — and what helped you recover
