* Access to a training app with video demonstrations of all exercises included in your plan and an individual profile where you can upload your progress pictures and body weight 

* Weekly check - ins (every other Saturday) to review your progress photos, bodyweight and to discuss your week of training

* Unlimited revisions to training & nutrition plans 

* 24/7 support to help with any queries or concerns you may have along the way
