It’s only been 3 weeks for me and I have lost a good bit of weight. Everyday I am becoming more disciplined because my trainer really pushes me to be and want the best for my health. I’m excited for what’s to come. This is the first time in a while that I have felt happy comfortable with my body. I’m starting to love me all over again.
