## What is Body Measurement Tracker 3D?

Contura turns the body measurements and weight you enter manually into private 3D body snapshots—without using photos.

RECORD WHAT MATTERS TO YOU
Log weight and measurements for your waist, hips, shoulders, chest, arms, thighs, calves, wrists, neck, or a custom area. Choose cm/in and kg/lb, add notes, and use the measurement guide to repeat each measurement consistently.

SEE YOUR MEASUREMENTS IN 3D
The 3D body model adjusts to the values you save. Rotate, zoom, and explore a visual representation created from your measurements—not from a camera, photo, or automatic body scan.

TRACK CHANGE OVER TIME
- Review your history, charts, and trends.
- Compare 3D snapshots from any two dates.
- Set your own goals and follow the direction you chose.
- Schedule reminders at a cadence that works for you.
- Export your records for backup and import them when needed.

MEASURED, ESTIMATED, AND SIMULATED—CLEARLY LABELED
Past Me creates an estimate of an earlier body from what you remember; it is not a measured record. Goal snapshots, Future Me, and forecasts are simulations of possible scenarios based on your data and choices, not guaranteed outcomes.

PRIVATE AND UNDER YOUR CONTROL
You never need to take or upload body photos. When enabled, iCloud can keep your data in sync across your devices. With your permission, Contura can also exchange weight and waist measurements with Apple Health. You can manage your records or delete all app data from within Contura.

YOU DEFINE PROGRESS
A larger or smaller measurement is not automatically better. Contura helps you observe change during fat loss, muscle gain, body recomposition, maintenance, or simple tracking without imposing an ideal body or goal.

Some advanced features—including additional Past Me estimates, Future Me simulations, and advanced comparison tools—require Contura Plus.

Contura does not measure your body automatically, provide a medical diagnosis, or replace professional advice. It does not provide diet or workout plans.

Start with today’s measurements and build an honest visual record of change over time.

### 5/5 — Update actually slaps

*2026-05-09*

2.0 user here. Update's actually really nice — the red and blue lines are something I've never seen before, way more intuitive than photos.

**Developer response:** Thanks for sticking with us from 2.0 — that means a lot. The red/blue overlay took a lot of iterations to get right, so it's good to hear it actually clicks. More improvements coming.

**Developer response:**

**Developer response:**
