New toolbox feature doesn’t work. App crashes. Also I got charged for 1 year unexpectedly. And spelling mistakes here and there. But good idea and I can see it helping people nonetheless.

This app concept and content are amazing, but I am unable to use the subscription I purchased. I reached out to customer service twice to receive unhelpful responses. I really wanted to use this app so it’s a shame that I can’t simply because they won’t help me figure out why my subscription doesn’t work.

Hello, 
I am really excited to try this app, it looks so promising in helping people reframe our thinking! Unfortunately, I can’t get it to open. It says “oops, an error was encountered.” 
Hopefully there’s a fix!

With many of these apps, it seems they withhold the actually helpful stuff unless you pay a subscription, which I hate. But this one doesn’t! It gave me very helpful tools even with the free versions! I highly recommend it.

This app joins previous apps from these developers in providing a fun, intuitive and easy to use method to boost body image-related self esteem. It's also well grounded in strong scientific evidence concerning the value of positive self talk. I particularly like that users are encouraged to pull positive statements towards them irrespective of their current beliefs because one doesn't have to think about whether or not a statement is true or not- in a sense, it encourages us to be who we'd like to be. Fantastic little tool- I am sure it will be useful for people along the spectrum of body image types.
