I completed G1 and G2 before they went to an app and loved them. As for the app, I am disappointed. Two weeks in the program would not load. I called for a week straight and got no answer from support. I finally emailed support and had no answer as well. The app started simi working for a couple of weeks now it is telling me I’m not subscribed and can’t access the workouts. Two recommendations taking a good product to great product. 1. I recommend including a suggested weight increase based off of previous weeks weights 2. App should go straight to the new work day. Each time I try accessing a program it asks me to subscribe for the 14 day trial and gives a notification that I already have a subscription. The app does not update my weekly workout routine.I often have to start the app over in order for it to be functional for the next exercise.After a video has been played and I have completed my work out for that exercise I have to restart the app in order to get the video to play again. I think some major adjustments would make this app more functional. Overall this application has good content I just think it could be update a little bit more with the kind of money that I’m paying every single month for the last two years. ### 1/5 — App developer and company not responding *2022-04-03, version 2.0* Ive been a long time customer of Body Spartan. They just read only disappeared and for the last 8 months, won’t respond to any of my correspondence. I’ve tried calling, messaging, and email but no one has responded. I can access my account but it tells me I don’t have a subscription. When I cancel my account and try to resubscribe it tells me that I already have a subscription linked to my account. And when no one’s able to return my correspondence I’m stuck. Definitely do not recommend this app until Body Spartan gets there stuff figured out. Several BBB ratings detailing the same issues. ### 1/5 — App Down *2022-01-25, version 2.0* I love the workouts they are great but the app is a different story. It worked for the first week but now will not let me log on or create a new profile, just says “Error Code 522” every time. Reporting the issue to support does no good as there is no response or correction for the past 2 weeks. ### 1/5 — Good training poor customer service *2022-01-15, version 2.0* The macros on the program dashboard is inconsistent with the training videos. According to the training videos I can have carbs on this program, however, the macros on the dashboard only show 5 to 10 carbs per meal and has a high amount of fat. This looks to be keto rather than carb. Gabe and the whole body Spartan army have been great coached and mentors. I am so glad I took the chance with Body Spartan. M absolute favorite part is the “how to” videos that most competitors won’t put the effort in to creating. This ensures that’s when you see those workouts you’ve never heard of, or even ones you think you’ve been doing correctly, that you will be able to perform the exercise correctly!
