I have his Kettle bell grappling app and it is excellent as well.  I love the video demo during the drill it really helps you focus on getting technique right and let the app track the time.  It's a really good combo.

This app gives you an insane workout and really pushes you to the max.  Love using it and recommend it to anyone looking for a serious workout with great tips and guidance.

This app offers a great progressing workout that grows with the fitness level of the exerciser. I love the fact that there are beginning intermediate and advanced levels to each exercise. Don't know when I will do pushups between my Burpees but it is a long term goal to strive for.
