### 3/5 — A great new addition to my warm-up routine

*2025-09-26*

It’s a good catalogue of stretches, which are helpfully organized by body part. I’m always overdoing it during my workouts, so it’s great to have an extra tool in my pocket to guide me during warm-ups. It helps me target my problem areas, and it’s teaching me brand new stretches that are more effective than my prior routines. Just wish it had a bit more exercises

**Developer response:** Hi Eli, thanks for trying out the app! Glad to hear you find it helpful. We’re planning on adding additional exercises & features in the near future. Stay tuned 😎

### 5/5 — Must need stretch app

*2025-09-04*

Great app! Help me with my back pains, love the different exercises and the visual, which is very helpful.

### 4/5 — Been helpful with my knee

*2025-09-01*

I started having pain in my knees after running for a while and I couldn’t find specific stretching apps that targeted my knees. I just found this app and it specifically had the stretches I was looking for and after a couple of days I can already feel my knees getting better but I wish there were more stretches available.

### 5/5 — Best stretching App

*2025-08-28*

Must have for anyone with chronic pain

### 5/5 — Where has this app been my whole life?

*2025-08-26*

I can’t believe that this app has not existed earlier. I suffer from bad back pain and there’s no good simple resource to use to just find good stretches. This app has made my life so much easier. It’s taught me new stretches to do before playing soccer too!
