### 3/5 — Would Be 5 Stars If....

*2017-03-26, version 2.0.7*

Would be 5 Stars if there was a feature to copy one day to the next. Having to complete each day is tedious when most items remain the same.

### 1/5 — Lack of options/configurations

*2017-01-11, version 2.0.7*

My wife and I both body build. We entered our information for the profile. The app doesn't ask how many calories you want to eat per day. It randomly gives you numbers to pick food from. It had the same amount of food for my wife as it had for me. I need to eat 3000 calories, she needs 1400 calories. Even after calculating the numbers I had to manipulate each day with carbs, protein and fat for my goals. This app is useless to me and my wife.

### 2/5 — Updates for future

*2016-12-31, version 2.0.7*

Things to consider:

Not worth the $10. Not even the high earning apps are worth this much. Not getting the value for what you spend. Ugly UI and mediocre functionality.

1. Have a way to input own food measurements (ex: 10 calories/serving of oatmeal). The daily calories count should be summed from the number of calories manually entered per food.
2. Check off meal functionality. Being able to check a meal as completed.
3. UI facelift. Right now the UI is ugly and needs to be more user friendly.
4. Have an "apply to all days functionality" when updating a macro. Instead of manually entering in each field for each day.
5. Add more food images/data to your database.
6. Sometimes when updating a macro, the app crashes. Please find a way to remove the macros because they are not needed.

### 4/5 — Great app

*2016-11-23, version 2.0.7*

Great app

### 2/5 — Need some work... Not worth $10

*2016-08-04, version 2.0.7*

This app has potential but is very limited. There are not many food items in the database and when you add one it does not give portion size option. Would be great if it worked with myfitnesspal or had menu plans/diets. Very disappointed in how limited this app is.

### 5/5 — Really useful tool

*2016-07-24, version 2.0.7*

Just downloaded and looks good cheaper than PT cookie cutter diet

### 5/5 — Good Start!

*2016-07-05, version 2.0.7*

Very nice app, help to get your macros count for you plus food selection and grocery list which is nice! It would be also good to see the weeks numbers.

### 3/5 — Very Nice Base

*2016-04-04, version 2.0.6*

Excellent for newbies who are ready to be serious about their gains. I'm writing this but 15min after I purchased the app and only thing holding this back from 4 Stars is in the custom foods you can't type in any nutritional facts which would be very handy and is important being that the app doesn't come w/ many food options preloaded. I'm very experienced w/ bulk & cut diets and it's important to have a variety so you don't get tired of the same old things to find yourself choking down food w/ gulps of water lol.

### 1/5 — App

*2016-03-20, version 2.0.6*

This app is not worth 1$ worst app ever a 2 year old could have done a better job ! Disappointing !

### 1/5 — Disappointed!!!!

*2016-03-19, version 2.0.6*

Sooooo basic!!! I wish i had my money back. Food assortment is really poor there's nothing to choose from. The app is not worth the price.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bought 5 Years Ago for $29.99 and now….

*2023-08-21, version 3.0.4*

Everything has changed and not for the good! When I bought it for $29.99, all I had to do was put my age, height, and weight, then the diet was automatically calculated. All I had to do was pick my food or add more food options. Now I am being charged in-app purchases for an app I paid top dollar for years back. Furthermore, there has not been any updates in years. So now if I want the diet plan I have been using for years, I have to pay more money with in app purchases. That is definitely wrong on so many levels. Why wouldn’t you give your customers who purchased the app for $29.99 a lifetime membership, especially since we bought several years prior? Initially when buying this app I was purchasing the meal plan without in-app purchases. I could go in and make changes and get the plan sent to my email. Now the app is free to download, but in-app purchases are necessary to start the process. Prior to the update you could not get the app unless you purchased the app for the app price. Lastly, I sent the developer an email regarding this issue and I never got a response. So I stopped using the app and got a professional to calculate my macros based on my measurements. When comparing what was in the app versus the professional’s plan there was a drastic difference. So I am ok with not using the app any longer…it’s just the principle.

### 1/5 — Not for me now you totally destroyed the simplicity of the old app

*2023-06-25, version 3.0.2*

Rubbish

### 1/5 — More detail

*2022-01-27, version 2.0.9*

I wish it calculated by male/female
                                           What your weight is
                                            Goal weight
                                             Age
                                             How active you are
And basically give you an idea of how much protein, calories, protein and fat intake you need

More of a personalized diet

### 1/5 — Do not purchase

*2019-09-03, version 2.0.7*

As a competitor I was looking for a way to track macros including calories. This app will not do that and gives a generic fish category that does not factor in what type of fish you are eating. We all know tilapia is far different from salmon.

### 1/5 — TERRIBLE

*2019-03-16, version 2.0.7*

Will not allow me to modify weight. Useless.

### 1/5 — Email

*2018-08-02, version 2.0.7*

Why can’t we send a email of our weekly food??

### 1/5 — Waste

*2017-11-12, version 2.0.7*

100% not worth $10. Should be free maybe .99. Don’t waste your time or money. Looks dated too.

### 1/5 — Mediocre

*2017-08-16, version 2.0.7*

Not worth a penny, can't calculate anything.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2017-06-17, version 2.0.7*

Can't copy from one day to the next. Very little instruction on how to build meals with your own foods. Wish I could get money back. Avoid

### 1/5 — Small Business Owner

*2017-05-16*

Definately not worth $14.99. Useless app. I wouldnt even use it if it was free!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good app so far!!

*2023-07-29, version 3.0.4*

Just download it not that long ago and I like how you can track a bunch of your characteristics as well as when signing up they ask for specifics about yourself so they can adequately help you monitor your bodybuilding!!

### 5/5 — Great App. Useful and well designed!

*2023-07-28, version 3.0.4*

I needed an easy way to track my meals to reach my fitness goals. It’s super easy to use, sets your daily calories and macros. I’m pretty excited to continue using this tool to hold me accountable. I know I will reach my goal in no time. Definitely recommend!!!💪🏻

### 5/5 — Great insights if you are working on improving your health!

*2023-07-28, version 3.0.4*

This app facilitates caloric deficit tremendously; it will help you track what you eat and have a place to journal and measure the impact of such food decisions on a daily basis.

Would definitely use it to complement my workout and health goals.

### 5/5 — Carb Cycle Helps

*2023-06-10, version 3.0.2*

I downloaded it to help me figure out how to carb cycle. Seems legit. I thought the protein suggested on a few days of the week was a little high, but was on lower carb days so probably makes sense.

### 5/5 — Excellent Bodybuilding Diet App

*2023-06-05, version 3.0.1*

I downloaded this app to give myself some accountability and get back on a bodybuilding diet plan. I am already in decent shape due to having natural bodybuilding diet knowledge from competing 10 years ago. I was ready to get back into tracking my macros and this app makes it easy and is already begun to show results. I have lost 2 pounds after using for 1 week.

The macros seem to be right on but offer customization. The food library seems to pull up most foods and custom foods can be added if the food was not on the list. Developer is responsive as I’ve emailed regarding a question as I was first getting started. I would recommend this app.

### 5/5 — Supe aplikacija

*2020-07-28, version 2.0.7*

Koristim ovu aplikaciju skoro godinu dana bas sam zadovoljan. Stvarno ne kapiram zasto ima lose ocene. Pre ove probao sam nekoliko slicnih aplikacija i ova je najbolja.

### 5/5 — Pegs 2

*2019-04-26, version 2.0.7*

Been on it a wk, found the diet kicking in now and ready for the next meal. So can’t wait till the end of my 16wks to see the results.😊

### 5/5 — AWESOME!

*2017-07-07, version 2.0.7*

I'm 50 years old and I've always been afraid to eat carbs or fat. I hired a bodybuilding nutritionist last year and he had me do carb cycling and it was so much work I couldn't get into it long term. Who has that kind of time??? I always ate fairly clean but I knew I was doing something wrong. I took the leap and decided I would follow this app even though I was scared of how much food I was eating and so many carbs. I was ok with the natural fats though. I am seeing great results in only 5 days.

Initially it was hard to eat all that food. I've NEVER eaten a lot of food in the morning or early afternoon. For the first few days I felt sick to my stomach from eating so much in the morning. I lost 1.5 lbs in 5 days, I'm never hungry, and I have no cravings at all.

For Fathers Day I made a cake w no frosting (like a coffee cake) on it for my husband. I really wanted to try just a tiny slice after dinner but according to the app I had to wait until the next morning to have carbs. I waited and it was no big deal.

I like to cook once a day and eat fresh food. I use eggs, egg white in a carton, brown rice, and avocado in the morning. If I cooked chicken and potatoes the night before I eat that a couple of times the next day. I use protein powder with water if I'm in a hurry or right before bed. I always keep sliced pan roasted turkey from Lunardi's in the fridge for emergencies. I know it sounds boring but I choose to eat the same vegetable all day. I choose a different vegetable each day.

This app is great because there is always something in my fridge to eat on this program. Even if I had to eat tuna from a can and baby carrots...there IS something I can eat. It's so nice not to have to think about how to structure my carb cycling. Even if I went back to my body building nutritionist, he could tweak the program for me.

Lastly, I was already running 35 min/day and doing a 50 minute weight lifting program (at my house). I still wasn't losing weight until I used this app. Also, because of all the protein I'm eating, I always take a digestive enzyme with every meal.

### 5/5 — 💪🏻💪🏻

*2016-10-06, version 2.0.7*

Great app

### 5/5 — Handy app

*2016-09-25, version 2.0.7*

This app helps with meal timing and portions.
