## What is BodyGap?

BodyGap helps you become the person you want to be — one week at a time.

Instead of chasing a number on the scale, you start by deciding who you want to become, why, and by when. BodyGap then breaks that goal down into this month’s stage, this week’s goal and three things to do today.

HOW IT WORKS (ONE LOOP PER WEEK)
1. Plan: one goal for the week and three daily to-dos (move, eat, weigh in). BodyGap drafts them; you can change anything.
2. Do: one tap a day. On busy days, the minimum is enough.
3. Check in: 60 seconds on Sunday. See what you did and how your shape changed.
4. Adjust: next week’s plan changes one step, based on what got in the way.

SEE CHANGES THE SCALE MISSES
Even when your weight stalls, your waist or thighs may be changing. BodyGap overlays your silhouette from the day you started with today’s — no photos.

EASY TO KEEP UP, NEVER JUDGMENTAL
• No streaks to break. Missing a day doesn’t reset anything.
• No calorie counting — just mark meals ◯△×.
• Weight comes in from Apple Health.
• Your data stays on your device (sign in to back it up).

SAFE GOALS
BodyGap gently stops goals that fall below a healthy range or deadlines that are too short. Projections are estimates; talk to a doctor if you have health concerns.

BODYGAP PRO (AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION)
• Next week’s plan, adjusted to your measurements and what got in the way
• This month’s stage and your projected finish
• 4/8/12-week comparisons and all body areas
• No ads
Price: $2.99/month or $19.99/year (7-day free trial for new subscribers).
We remind you 2 days before the trial ends. On the free plan you can still log, use daily to-dos and check-ins, and your records never disappear.
If you bought the one-time Pro upgrade before, you keep Pro forever.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you are charged the same price at renewal. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings.
