I enrolled my daughter in Kendall’s 12-week turns program, and she has already improved so much. Her turns are more consistent and she loves using the app from her phone to see the workouts each week. It’s a great personalized touch to Kendall’s training!

Wow! Loaded with spot-on tutorials and video walk-throughs, this is exactly what we needed! Our dancers are so appreciative for the specialized and specific exercises that create noticeable improvement within weeks. Just wow!!
