Deleted old app, restarted iPhone, installed updated app, all working fine. One star off because the hand grips are difficult, to hold, I have to wrap the chord around my little finger. I don’t know how accurate it is, but it’s reassuring to be able to track changes over time. IMHO a good product.

Good scale when the app decides to work which is 1 out 10 times. Without the app it’s just a very expensive scale with no data.

I used to use the scales very frequently. Now the App has completely failed. I uninstalled, reinstalled it, and put the correct password in. Incidentally ‘Recover password’ does not work. No email response received. Yes, spam checked. Yes, the phone powered off and restarted. When enter correct email address + password it just produced a frozen green screen. My advice DO NOT waste your money buying the scales until they have the App working properly again. Bitterly disappointed now.

I like the app and features overall for myself since I am the primary account holder but other family members do not see the same benefits like I do. They do not login to a dashboard where they can see historical charts like I can. I feel like this used to be a feature but now additional family members have less data they are able to track. Can an enhancement request be to make it easier to switch users and still share all the same views and benefits as the primary user?
