Get 24/7 access to the exercise programme your physio has prescribed.

Watch and follow your personalised set of guided exercise videos from the comfort of your own home.

Set in-app reminders to help you complete your exercises at times that suit you.

Record progress and share feedback as you go (pain or difficulty) with your physio so they can make any necessary adjustments to your programme in real time.
