### 3/5 — Good but could be better

*2026-03-14*

I find that while it works to a point there are two many spots where you have to check off and enter items, I feel like once you enter food for the day or watch the videos it should automatically check those items off, also where you input the food you’ve eaten that’s where you should be able to select that your taken the product(aka blueprint) and that way it also incorporates that info in your calories and carb intake, otherwise are we suppose to enter that manually? The food finder does really well and I like that it tracks your weight but I would like a place to also track symptoms or how the body is feeling on the daily. Like level of tiredness, or bowel symptoms etc. since this is a gut program not having that seems odd

### 3/5 — Comment

*2026-01-06, version 5.26.2*

Unreliable

### 3/5 — Could be more informative

*2025-11-30, version 5.25.1*

Would be nice to track other nutritional factors in foods such as potassium to counter sodium

### 2/5 — The app needs work

*2025-10-26, version 5.25*

It’s difficult to use the track feature when none of the recipes have the servings sizes. When adding your own recipe, there needs to be an edit feature. More recipes are needed. A diet this restrictive needs more options. These are just a few suggestions.

### 2/5 — Very glitchy

*2025-09-29, version 5.24*

The app keeps logging me off and not accepting the previous password so I have to keep resetting the password.

### 2/5 — Poorly written software

*2025-08-21*

I find this product not user friendly. I record my food eaten , but when I sign in again later, it is gone. Several times it has shut down in the middle of entering data and everything I had just entered was lost. In fact, right now, it is not working at all.

### 3/5 — It’s OK

*2025-07-10, version 5.19.3*

Tracking charts are good. Like to be able to adjust calorie chart

### 2/5 — Inconsistent

*2025-06-24, version 5.19.3*

This app does not function the same every day. Some days I can login some days I can’t. Today is the day that it’s not even opening. Very frustrating. The last update was supposed to fix the bugs it did not.

### 2/5 — Slow

*2025-06-17, version 5.19.3*

This app is slow and is not users friendly. It has no shortcut or quick action to select. Time consuming

### 2/5 — Very limited on options

*2025-06-01, version 5.18.3*

Inputting foods is limited to the apps preset amounts or measurements🥲I didn’t have 1 cup of cauliflower I had 3 ounces! I’m doing intermittent fasting, I don’t eat breakfast so I should be able to go into settings and not have breakfast show up.

### 3/5 — Not intuitive, slow

*2025-05-21*

This app is ok, but not great. It took me a while to figure out how to enter an amount less than what it suggests because there is no point on a phone number pad. Also, I spent a lot of time waiting for it to open items, some wouldn’t open at all.

### 2/5 — Difficult to use

*2025-04-11*

This is not user friendly and it doesn’t do everything it says. For example, there’s supposed to be a grocery list that generates for the meals which would be super helpful to prepare, but it’s no where to be found in the app. You also can’t print recipes so it’s hard to meal plan the day of. Then if you want to go back to a recipe they are hard to find and seem to be in the order they were presented. When I want to make something it also doesn’t stay open while you’re making it. Saving favorites doesn’t seem to work.

### 2/5 — Food tracking

*2025-04-07*

The app is not very user friendly at all. When tracking and saving items as a favorite it will not save the data you favorited. For example if tracked 2 ounces of blueberries and save as favorite the next time you select it from favorites it reverts back to 1 cup. It does not save the amount you favorited. You can only copy dinner to the next day. It would be nice if you have all the weight option of grams, ounces etc under all foods.
Overall the tracking function is not very user friendly.

### 2/5 — Not user-friendly

*2025-04-03*

This app is not user-friendly. There is no way to edit entries. The date of entry for food keeps changing back to today, and you have to delete the entire meal to correct it. All the food lists should automatically be sorted in alphabetical order. The food nutrition should automatically be entered for non-branded staple foods, such as fruit and vegetables. Very inconvenient and time-consuming to use to simply enter food consumed at each meal.

### 3/5 — Friends and family

*2025-03-29, version 5.18.3*

The app is rather slow. Sometimes it locks up.

### 3/5 — Food tracking

*2025-03-16, version 5.18*

Not great. Doesn’t have enough food in database to track or doesn’t have the ability to create a recipe and track either!

### 2/5 — Clunky and slow

*2025-01-20*

The app doesn’t do all the functions of the site so you can’t just use the app. Logging food is time consuming because the entry placement is cumbersome and it’s very slow. Can’t enter a recipe. The daily video on the site is absent in the app so you can’t watch it and get credit. Videos are under “Program” on the site but not in the app. Can only copy foods from dinner to dinner, can’t copy a meal and enter it as a lunch the next day, have to enter each item again and again.

### 3/5 — App review

*2025-01-17, version 5.17.1*

Cumbersome interface. The food potion of the app is clunky and not as smooth as other apps of its type.

### 2/5 — Not great

*2025-01-16*

This is not a very good app for food logging in particular. There are much better ones out there that are easier to change portion sizes, etc. This is a very bare bones looking app that doesn’t operate very well. Specifically, the messaging feature was very important to me, because I paid a lot of money to be able to communicate directly to the staff who is helping me with my diet plan, but the messaging app is always freezing. It’s a huge problem for me because one of the main reasons I paid for this program was to be able to have a live coach to ask questions to and get support & feedback from. Instead, I feel like I paid a ton for a crappy app & now I can’t even easily reach the people that I paid to coach me.

### 2/5 — Not worth it

*2024-12-18, version 5.17.1*

Workouts are out dated, meals are bland and generic. CHATGPT could only make a more personalized one

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Most awful diet

*2025-11-19, version 5.25.1*

Doesn’t work! Dint waste your money! They dole my $3000

### 1/5 — For the fee we pay more attention need to be put into this app.

*2025-10-07*

It is so hard to start this life altering program physically speaking. There needs to much more effort to make this app more efficient and more streamline. It takes me 30 minutes every day to just figure out how to enter my data each day. I can think of many ways to streamline this app. Also why does the app appear to narrow and not normal? Why can’t it display on the entire screen? Utilizing this app should not be the hardest thing on this program. It makes the program so discouraging. You state that the goal is only ages over 40. Please take better consideration to how tech savvy those over 40 might be. Has there been any thought to ask for our input on what would make this more efficient and funnier to fill out please

### 1/5 — PureJunk

*2025-09-05, version 5.23*

This site is terrible to connect to. Goes blank randomly 70% when trying to log in. Please remove from site.

### 1/5 — Time for an update

*2025-08-15, version 5.21*

Super slow can't add a recipe.

### 1/5 — Nice But Crashes Too Often

*2025-06-25, version 5.19.3*

This app is now TERRIBLE with the update. It spins & crashes, doesn't keep track of fitness you enter - and entering any activities takes way longer - convoluted- unnecessary added steps. Total fail - I'm going back to MyFitnessPal.

### 1/5 — Food travking

*2025-03-26, version 5.18.2*

Food tracking has disappeared since app update. Under the tracking tab only shows past activity results.

### 1/5 — What’s wrong with this App?

*2025-03-26*

Woke up this morning and tried to enter my stats of weight and sleep time and got some screen I don’t recognize. Can’t enter my weight and can’t go to screen where I add my breakfast. The other day the keyboard covered the log in page. Please get this piece of junk working. These apps are not that great on a good day, they are slower than molasses. When they don’t work correctly they are LESS THSN USELESS.

### 1/5 — No way to create a shopping list

*2025-01-29, version 5.17.1*

App only allows you to see individual meals. There isn’t a way to generate a shopping list for multiple meals. You would think this would be a basic feature of the app. Do not waste your time. Obviously designed by people who do not have an interest in your success or well being.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2024-09-26, version 5.16*

Glitchy scam

### 1/5 — App constantly crashes

*2024-07-16, version 5.15*

will not allow weight entry

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — BodySite App is Great!

*2026-02-06*

I started using the BodySite app as part of GLP-1 program and it's great! There were a couple of things I wanted from the app that I didn't see, (showing my daily fiber count in the food log and editing the foods/recipes I enter) but their customer service has been wonderful (shout out to Katrina!) and they showed me how to do just about everything I want. No sharing with friends yet, but maybe soon? I log my food and water intake and I synced it with my apple health so my activity is logged automatically, so easy! Honestly logging everything is really key to overall awareness and making meaningful change and I am here for it!

### 5/5 — Very Helpful

*2024-12-21, version 5.17.1*

Always right on target

### 5/5 — Fitness

*2024-10-18, version 5.16*

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2024-05-15, version 5.14*

The BodySite app works extremely well and is user friendly. The feedback I receive is encouraging.

### 5/5 — Great app to help keep me on track!

*2024-04-30, version 5.14*

I’ve used the app for many years to maintain myself in a normal BMI range and the accountability of logging food and weight each day is what keeps me on track.

### 5/5 — So far, so good

*2024-04-15*

I've been using this for 2 weeks now. It helps me to stay on track and keeps me on my toes. I had occasion to contact my doctor, and it was simple; he got right back to me. It has some things not directly connected with my program, and I'm doing them anyway because it's good support. No complaints.

### 5/5 — Tool of the Future

*2024-04-12*

There are so many functions that are helpful for my health plan. I love how easy it is to check off my tasks and talk to my provider. This has been such a great tool for me, I’m surprised this is the first time I’ve used it

### 5/5 — Indispensable Tool

*2023-12-20*

Bodysite has been an incredible tool for my practice. I’ve been able to maintain better contact with my patients and their engagement/outcomes have gone up since we started them on the site. I’ve been recommending it to other providers and they’re always adding new features to stay up to date with my needs.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2023-12-20, version 5.13.1*

This is amazing food tracking app, it has transformed the way I approached my nutrition. This app is a game changer for anyone looking to take control of their diet, make healthier choices, stay on track with fitness goals.
