Signing up for the best HIIT classes have gotten even easier! This app helps me manage my workout schedule and let's me book classes with a push of a button. Love the Bodytek app!

This is truly the most amazing work out you will get in one hour. It is just the right amount of cardio mix with free weights. You were not kept on the treadmill for 26 minutes and you still burn the same amount of calories while toning up and building muscle.
