Honestly dont understand why there was so many 2 star reviews, it genuinely tripped me out thinking I was downloading some kind of scam app instead of the correct one, but to my surprise this was the correct app. Its just a normal credit card app, nothing terrible or fantastic about it. Pretty sure all of the negative reviews are just from tech illiterate boomers who dont know how a verification code works. Anyways have a good day. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-04-23, version 26.01.0* Whenever I open it it says it needs an update to continue and takes me to the App Store then never has an available update and I am just going around in circles I have tried reinstalling and restarting phone and nothing seems to help useless app ### 1/5 — Demanding an update when none is available *2026-03-18, version 26.01.0* The app is not functional. Pop up window is noting a required update. A bunch of sub-standard programmer. ### 1/5 — Card registration process broken *2026-02-21* I spent 20 minutes trying to register my card: after entering card number and clicking submit, there is no feedback, it just stares at you waiting for you to do I don’t know what. Wasn’t frozen, just didn’t do anything. So I tried retrieving my user name— it did send an email to my work address with two (two?) different user names registered to me, but neither of them worked for login. The “forgot password” also failed to reset my password, could not get past the security questions (which I don’t remember providing BofA with answers to in the past). I hope someone fixes these bugs, pretty embarrassing for such a large bank to have such a low rated app. ### 1/5 — Fails when you most need it *2026-02-19, version 25.3.2* This app fails, for me at least, when I most need to use it. What you actually do is ring them up and read your card details out to a stranger, you know, that really secure thing you are told NOT to do by Amazon etc. this is false advertising and hilariously backwards. Followed prompts, thought I had created my account with password, but I can’t log in. So I tried resetting my password - I don’t get any email for it.
