The voice over pronunciations is very helpful. It is also nice it has a tracing/painting aspect to it so the children can learn how to write the letters out; plus it allows them to see and learn to write both capital and lower case letters. I also like how the letters that are completed are put on the shelf, and the children can drag the letters over to the fridge. She also likes to see the letters on the refrigerator. I only wish it would make you write the letters correctly instead of being able to just color. My daughter picks out her letter and then goes to town coloring each one. Once she is done coloring, the colored letters can be placed on the app's refrigerator and arranged to spell words if you choose. You can also take a snapshot of your creation. As simple as the app is, our daughter absolutely loves it. It's perfect for younger children because it is not over stimulating or overwhelming.
