The chat feature does not work for iPhone 5 or 6. The customer service rep shows up and you can type a message to him but you cannot send it. This causes the customer service rep to end the session and you get no help. The search feature to search for New or used cars is almost impossible to use because you are unable to refine or edit the search (even using the refine search options)  it constantly shows vehicles you do not wish to look at.The app is a good idea but it needs a lot of work.

It's nice to use as a search tool for buying a new car or scheduling service, but it would be nice if I could figure out the trade-in value for the car I have now
