I was drawn to Juliana’s classes on YT because they were filmed outside, and I kept going back because I liked that she always set an intention or mantra, and her perfect form really landed with me as a visual learner with built-in conditioning from childhood gymnastics and ballet. I did Juliana’s classes exclusively in the 1.5 years leading up to my 200 hr YTT, and I went into it with a beginner’s mindset thinking I’d be with yogis who much more seasoned than I. I was one of the freshest students, but better prepared than anyone when it came to form and Sanskrit names for poses. I think this speaks to how authentic the content is. Whenever Boho releases clothes or a new premium program, I buy it to support them because the value I have received from subscribing to the app for almost 5 years far exceeds whatever it has cost.
