## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Wish I read reviews

*2024-05-16*

It’s just the books, would be better with sub headings

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2022-12-03*

All that’s in there is pictures of boiler manuals with the fault codes
Waste of money

### 1/5 — Overpriced

*2022-04-19*

Wish I read the previous comments, basic m.I you can get off Google in seconds

### 1/5 — Over priced, this is just the mi’s

*2022-02-27*

Sorry to say this, but nothing special here, very over priced for just the mi’s, with phone numbers and email addresses, I wouldn’t waste your money like I did, it’ll be cheaper, easier and quicker to google the boiler and GC number, and then view the mi’s in pdf. I feel like I’ve been mugged.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2021-03-13*

Completely waste of money, just a list of fault codes and no any guidance on how to rectify the problems. It should be an option to try the app for free. I want my money back.

**Developer response:** Hi Slawek67, we're sorry our app didn't meet your expectations. We have put together multiple lists with hundreds of faults codes as well as the guidance provided directly by the manufacturer for each code. Whilst we'd love to be able to provide detailed step-by-step instructions on how to fix the faults it’s simply not possible and we have to publish what the manufacturer produces. We believe our app is very useful to heating engineers because it provides the convenience of having all this information in one place.

Like all apps from the App Store you're absolutely entitled to a refund if you buy something and change your mind. We recommend you contact Apple to arrange this.

### 3/5 — In organised

*2025-09-24*

The app is ok but to find a manual you have to scroll through a load of manuals to find the one you want. Should be able to pick from a list

### 5/5 — Genius idea

*2021-02-08*

This is a great app. Everything I need in one place for fault codes also has Techinal numbers for all manufacturers so you don’t have to look for it. Just very handy app and saves time if you don’t have manual which is more often than not.
