After clicking “resend code,” no new emails were sent, even after multiple attempts and checking spam. Customer service was also terrible — the phone line always said the voicemail was full and then disconnected. There was no way to get help. I understand not being able to add yourself on the waitlist, but at least let me see the wait information like before! It shouldn’t even be that hard to upkeep if you’re using all of your own systems. Let’s also talk about why you have to log in to ANOTHER WEBSITE to view your rewards available to you. You CANNOT VIEW it directly in the app it doesn’t show anything. I hit the Retry button. I uninstalled the app and reinstall it. I restarted my phone. NOTHING WORKS. I have the online account to see my points, but it doesn’t have the barcode so I can’t earn points. Also, I liked that we were able to see the waiting list at each locations, but that feature had an issue when I updated the app last time.
