They don’t seem to understand this concept. The service has never worked, turns out they have incorrect passpoint profiles being distributed. Nothing is as seemless as they advertise. Never ending issues, avoid completely. ### 1/5 — The most useless app ever. *2023-09-20* I’ve been in central Rome, Florence, venice, Paris, London. It’s hard to locate any wifi hotspot. It does not allow access to any wi-fi in one of the largest airports in the world. Worst of all I paid for a subscription and then the app charged me for it again. There Customer Support like their WiFi service is struggling. Horrible. ### 2/5 — Useless for International Travel *2022-08-31* Decided to get subscription while traveling abroad. The subscription is cheaper than buying flight access one at a time. Anyway, I decided since I was going through multiple airports through Europe and the Middle East this would be a good bet. Nope. No international support. Useless. Maybe it’ll be good for domestic flights, however, not all domestic flights carry boingo. I was expecting an automatic login but that didn’t happen. Clicking on restore account (purchased a subscription with iTunes?) throws an error. When i try to reset password, it says I do not have an account associated with my iCloud mail. However, the user agreement contains many references to how payments will be made. At that point I don’t even understand what I would be paying for. Additionally, at Rome International airport App hasn’t options to connect/find to a WiFi/hotspots by itself. A loop trying to connect to a free hotspot.
