Developers are choosing form over function. ### 2/5 — Downgraded with 3.0 *2019-07-28, version 3.0.4* This app uses to give you everything you could need, the only downside was you had to log in every time you opened it. Now they have the app save your log in at the expense of accessibility. Extremely watered down version of what we had. They removed a very large number of features and it’s simply not worth having on your phone at this time. I know there will he updates incoming that will make it better again, but compared to what we had, this app is currently useless. ### 1/5 — Used to give access to Blackboard *2019-06-05, version 3.0.0* I used to use this app all the time to access Blackboard and my student email. I no longer have the same options that I used to have now that it has been upgraded. It says “Login Success, if your are not redirected tap the button below”. This leads to a reload and an endless cycle of the same screen. I pages load indefinitely and I can’t see my meal swipes/flex dollars. Please add guest swipes to the app, it is important to know about. Unfortunately, this update is missing the main aspects that made the app useful to students in the first place—bronco mail and blackboard access. I am extremely disappointed and frankly bewildered that these features were so completely forgotten by developers in the updated app. Without them this nice-looking app is inherently useless and an embarrassment! It’s fast, pulls up what I need, and is easy to navigate. The app would look fine, but if you have Dark mode enabled on a device with a notch, there’s a huge, bright, and empty white box at the top of the screen. With everything else being dark, the white box is annoying at night. Other then the white box, everything else is good. One suggestion I have would be the ability to add your Bronco Barcode to Apple Wallet, so I can pull it up with Siri. I get that it's to protect our information but a simpler way to do it would be to integrate Touch ID into the sign in process.
