## What is Boix Service App?

Get the support you need for your machine (s). With the Boix Service App you always have all the information about your machines at hand. Once you are logged in you will find an overview of your machine (s) and the associated requests. In addition, you can easily and quickly request maintenance, parts, technical support, etc. for the right machine via the App. You are in direct contact with our technical colleagues. By using this Service App, your request will always be sent directly to the right department and to the right person.

With the camera function in the App, you can easily send photos and videos from the machine and other relevant information on the spot. This will save you a lot of time and effort. In addition, you always have the actual status and information at hand
