### 2/5 — Fixin’s problem

*2026-10-08, version 2.4.9*

When ordering online a dinner either a two-piece or a three-piece you’re supposed to have two options for fixings. It seems to have the seasoned fries always highlighted, but says zero. But when I go to choose it seems to be able to pick one OK, but then when I choose a second one it acts like I already did a second one and keeps the seasoned fries highlighted. So I’m not able to pick a second one at all. It says I met the limit. Frustrating.

### 1/5 — App SUCKS

*2026-10-06, version 2.4.9*

No option for app orders other than inside pick up. What happen to pick up options “DRIVE THRU” or “CURBSIDE” like most other apps. Can’t use “REORDER” previous orders option, message pops up stating items no longer available, yet I can order the exact same thing by selecting it in the app. Also 8 pc family meal comes with 2 sides but unable to select 2 sides of MY choice since Fries are already selected as one of 2 and you can change it. Says app was update 2 wks ago but not sure what they updated. These same issues have been ongoing for over a year with NO RESOLUTION WHATSOEVER!!!! FIX The APP!!!!

### 1/5 — Can’t order off the app within driving radius

*2026-10-04, version 2.4.9*

It’s silly to download the app but when you select pickup it shows stores past 30 mins heavy when you live at

### 1/5 — Rip-off

*2026-09-30, version 2.4.9*

I ordered online for delivery, and for no reason they cancelled my order, but still charged my card and said in order to get my money back, id have to file a dispute with my bank because they “don’t issue refunds” as they so put it. Don’t waste your time with these incompetent morons, and just order KFC instead.

### 1/5 — App SUCKS

*2026-09-30, version 2.4.9*

Tried to “REORDER” a previous app order but get a message that that order is no longer available. So went to Meals selected the meal I wanted however when it came time to select my 2 side items the APP it indicates 1 already selected. I don’t want the one selected but you can’t change it. FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!

### 1/5 — User hostile

*2026-09-24, version 2.4.9*

App does not save credentials or support iPhone auth like Face ID. One missed tap and you have to sign in again.

### 1/5 — ASAP doesn’t work

*2026-09-15, version 2.4.9*

Was going to have the wife swing by and grab chicken I ordered as she drove across town. ASAP can’t do shorter than 30 minutes. That’s literally scheduled, which is a separate option. Fifteen minutes, MAYBE acceptable. But half an hour? We got food from another fast food restaurant that knew how to build an app.

### 1/5 — App Issues

*2026-09-13, version 2.4.9*

I made my 1st delivery order and it was cancelled after almost an hour. Tried to order pickup thru the app many times but it restarts and doesn’t allow me to order takeout.

### 1/5 — Continue as guest

*2026-09-12, version 2.4.9*

Press continue as guest. Wants you to create an account anyway at check out. Logout, deletes your order. Pure garbage. Going to KFC Instead.

### 5/5 — Best Biscuits Since Grandma’s

*2026-09-08, version 2.4.9*

Used to like the biscuits at Loveless Cafe outside Nashville, but after tasting Bo’s, forget them. Bo’s are best biscuits since Grandma’s.
