This app is awful!! The app before the merger was much better. This app is one of the reasons I’m going to switch banks.

I have authorized the Face ID every time I have logged in and it will not keep the option for more than one login.

The new Bank of Jackson Hole app ins a complete disappointment. It is not configured for iPads, which is where I do most of my online banking.

Can’t see what the transaction is from unless you click on it. 
Clunky and slow. 
Too many steps and clicks to do anything. 
Looks like it was designed by a toddler.

I dont see what’s better about the new app. Nothing stands out here. It’s all one level, as in when i look at it, it’s a blur. It’s flat. It’s like looking at a printed out statement. Hard to see the plus and minus signs. Just all around terrible. Bring back the old version please

I really do appreciate the convenience, but this is a very basic online banking tool.  The mobile deposit auto capture is wonky and requires changing to the manual process.  

I expected more from the new big bank holding company.

In the savings will only get a .5% every year of what you put into it and it’s not the best but the app is pretty good

Had to download finance app, just to open my personal checking account.  2 years of screwed up bank problems. This app for me is okay, if it last for more than 3 months, it would be a miracle.
