I can’t login with Face ID, but when I turned that off at least I could get in. Then I tried to do a mobile deposit and getting an error depositRequest.phoneKey: must not be null. Truly awful app.

So many glitches. Trying to log in and had to update password. Now that I have updated it it’s asking for 2nd authorization. No problem. I get the passcode text to me and it acts like it’s going to open the accounts, but then does it again. And again. And again… then sends an error message. I need to make a mobile deposit but can’t!

I’ve been a client for years and had no problem with mobile deposits until summer of 2024. Then, all of a sudden, it stopped working, giving a Null error code. I’ve updated the app consistently, but still doesn’t work.

I’ve been using this app for a few years now. Love that I can make vendor payments on the go!  Recently added a deposit feature and needed a little tech support from BOKF to get it going and they were super helpful and patient in helping me get it going. I do wish it didn’t ask for ID verification so much.
