動画に写っている人の顔の部分にぼかしを入れる為によく使っています!!とても良い感じに仕上がるのですが一つだけ不満があり、編集中に円形のぼかしの形が勝手に変わってしまいます。円形の大きさを固定する方法があれば教えて下さい。説明が下手ですみません…

途中まで編集していた動画や、過去の動画をさらに編集したくて「途中から」で動画を選んで表示させた際、画面が表示されず、モザイクのゲージだけの表示になるため、再編集できなくて困っています。おそらく数ヶ月前からこの症状です。抜群に使いやすいアプリなので改善して欲しいです。

**Developer response:** ご利用ありがとうございます。本アプリでは、続きのデータに編集元の動画を保持しておりません。このため、元の動画を削除してしまうと、動画が見つからず黒い画面が表示されます。クラウドへアップロードされている場合も同様です。編集元の動画が残っている場合は、復旧することができます。復旧方法については、アプリの動画起動画面にある「使い方」からサポートページをご確認ください。もし、復旧できない、症状が改善しない場合はお手数ですがサポートへご連絡ください。今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

書き出しを行うと自動でブラウザが起動して広告先の該当ページに飛ぶ仕様困るのでやめて欲しいです。
開かないと広告収入得られないのでしょうけどもクリック強制と変わらないですよね。

いつも使用させていただいておりますありがとうございます。
1点だけもし改善が可能ならお願いしたいのですが、モザイクのフチを滑らかにするような設定を組み込むことはできませんか？顔のブラーをかけるとどうしてもお面をつけているような変な感じになってしまい、その点においては他のアプリにはだいぶ劣ってしまいます。

改善できたらもうこれしか使いません。

**Developer response:** いつもご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。顔モザイクのフチをなめらかに編集したい場合は、モザイクを複数回重ねて編集してください。写真加工でモザイクを重ねて編集したい場合は、アプリの起動画面下の"重ね塗り"エディタを選択後、写真を選択し、以下の方法をお試しください。
[指でなぞって顔を編集する場合]
1. 「ペン設定」を開き、左から３番目のペンの硬さくらいを選択
2. 顔を何度もなぞりモザイクを重ねる

[自動検出で顔を編集する場合]
1. 「自動検出」をタップし「顔検出」を選択
2. 「1:柔らかい」選択し、「強さ」を10%-20%くらいに設定後実行
 3. 1.と2.を複数回繰り返してモザイクを重ねる

背景ぼかしなどモザイクの境界を綺麗にぼかしたい場合もひと塗りエディタではなく重ね塗りエディタをご利用ください。
