漫画やアニメの画像の無断使用が放置されているのはもちろんのこと、
•自分のボケが言い回しを変えてパクられたが、それを通報しても放置。
•実在する存命の人物を死なせているボケを通報しても放置。
と言う事もあった。
ボケての運営は金儲けができれば治安などどうでも良いという倫理観の欠如した汚い守銭奴。

　あと、何故かこのアプリはやたらと重い。
細かいカクツキが多いし、ゲームアプリでも無いのにバッテリーがどんどん消費されてスマホが熱くなってくる。

どんどん広告が増えてきたが、ついに画面をスクロール中いきなり広告に切り替わる荒技まで使ってきた。他の、例えば漫画アプリなら一話読んだ後に広告、ゲームなら一面クリアした後に広告、なら分かる。漫画を読んでいる途中に、ゲームしている途中に広告が入るなんてありえない。一時代を築いたアプリだが終わりが近いかな。

ユーザーを誤ってタップさせるような広告配置が非常に多く、不快でした。
最近、さらにその傾向が酷くなっているように感じます。
プラットフォーム側にも誤タップ誘導について通報しました（GoogleやApple等、多くのプラットフォームでは、規約で誤タップ誘導は禁止されているはずです）。
このような手法で広告収益を得ようとする運営方針に強い不信感を持ち、アプリを削除しました。

朝開くといきなり「ログアウトしました」という表示が出てきました。ログアウトした覚えは無いと思いつつ再びログインしようとしてもパスワードが違いますと表示され、パスワード変更の為にメアド認証をしたらメールに認証コードが届かない始末。もちろん未開封・迷惑メール・ゴミ箱全て確認しましたが、コードはどこにも送られていませんでした。コード再送を何回も繰り返したり、メアドやパスワードを変えて試したり、スマホを再起動したり、アプデを確認しましたが結局ダメでした。利用規約を破るようなこともしていないはずなので非常に残念ですがこの評価とさせて頂きます。

芸人並みに面白い人は一握りいます。

ただ、それを遥かに凌駕する数の「下ネタを面白いと思っている死ぬほどつまらない奴」がいます。ミュートしてもしても消えることなく次々現れます。運営は放置です。

星が付けば楽しいです。面白い人を称えるのもワクワクします。しかし上記のように安易な下らなさを面白いとしている人達と、取り巻きのような人達がお互い星を付け合って馴れ合っている。そんな感じです。

　ただ、他のレビュワーの方も言われているように、音声付きの広告があったり、無課金ユーザーだと次のボケをすぐに投稿するためには広告を見ないといけなかったりといった点が残念です。
　アプリの案内にはサーバー代の高騰など様々な要因でこのような広告形態になっていて、最善の方法を模索中とありますので、今後の運営さんに期待しています。

僕は前からユウチュウブでボケてを見てきました。ずっとやりたいと思っていましたが、あの時僕はボケてがスマホにあることを知りませんでした。あるボケがきっかけである事に気づきやり始めました。結論を言いうと大好き本当に楽しい。初めて星がついた時速攻親友に見せ「おもろいやん」と言われて本当に嬉しかかった。星がついたことも嬉しかった。生きている中で楽しみが一つ増えました。本当にありがとうこれからも使い続けます。

それからもう一度★をつけようとすると『処理中の為新しい評価ができません』というようなメッセージが出て毎回★をつけられません。
一回アプリを消して立ち上げ直したらもう通知のが出てこなくて評価できません。
