I order from them regularly. It was just an opened pack of something. It doesn't really matter that much and I got a 5 dollars off. But other than that everything on here is good. My orders always came at the right date. Most of the stuff like the cake and the assam milk tea was really good. But it is a little expensive for me. Nothing really bad ever happened on here. And they will probably give you a refund if something is missing or opened because they told me if I wanted one but I said no. Also the shipping was probably only good because I'm in Missouri, U.S.. They took over 3 weeks to ship my things, and on top of that they didn’t include two of the items in my order. They even issued me a refund for one of the missing item. But not the other. EVEN TOUGH THEY ARE AT FAULT FOR NOT INCLUDING THAT ITEM IN THE BOX WITH THE OTHER ITEMS. Absolutely worst!
