Tato mobilní aplikace je určena pro pacienty s chronickým žilním onemocněním (CVD, chronic venous disease) a přináší komplexní přehled informací o onemocnění, léčbě a stadiích CVD. Uživatelsky přívětivá aplikace, která obsahuje ukázky cvičení, desatero rad a důležitá režimová opatření. Smyslem aplikace je edukovat pacienta o možnostech efektivní prevence a léčby bolavých a oteklých nohou. Aplikace podporuje spolupráci lékaře a pacienta při léčbě CVD. Odborná spolupráce: MUDr. Petra Zimolová, Kardiologická klinika 2. LF UK a FN Motol v Praze a MUDr. Júlia Černohorská, Ph.D., Dermal Centre, Mělník.

This mobile application is intended for patients with chronic venous disease (CVD) and provides a comprehensive overview of information about the disease, treatment and stages of CVD. A user-
friendly application that contains examples of exercises, ten commandment of advices and important regime measures. The purpose of the application is to educate the patient about the possibilities of effective prevention and treatment of painful and swollen legs. The application supports cooperation between doctor and patient in the treatment of CVD. Medical supervisor: MUDr. Petra Zimolová, Kardiologická klinika 2. LF UK and FN Motol in Prague and MUDr. Júlia Černohorská, Ph.D., Dermal Centre, Mělník.

Obsah mobilní aplikace jsme rozšířili o pacientské video, které podrobně vysvětluje podstatu chronického žilního onemocnění. V tomto krátkém edukačním videu se pacient dozví, jak eliminovat rizika spojená s tímto onemocněním nebo jak včas zabránit vzniku komplikací.
